Throughout decades of service in high-intensity correctional settings, Dr. Tamara Lyn (Tammy) developed unique insights into all aspects of leadership. She served in many clinical and executive roles in the Federal Bureau of Prisons, culminating in the role of Warden, where she was one of very few women in the position.
Working as a Warden during the COVID pandemic, Tammy developed deep insights into crisis management, fostered psychological safety, and modeled resilience and emotional intelligence.
Tammy is the founder of High Ready Coaching and Consulting, offering executive coaching to leaders and teams in high impact, high stakes careers such as law enforcement and public safety. She takes a strengths-based approach, combatting burnout and disengagement with interventions to build resilience and ground leaders in their core values.
