Kathy Wentworth Drahosz is the Founder of The Training Connection, Inc. and author of Keys to Mentoring Success. With over 30 years of experience in business strategy, employee development, and retention, she is a nationally recognized expert and speaker in mentoring and leadership development.
Since founding her firm in 1995, Kathy has helped countless federal agencies, nonprofits, and private-sector organizations design and implement high-impact, scalable mentoring programs. Her book provides a practical roadmap for building mentoring cultures that foster growth, connection, and leadership potential.
She is the creator of several signature programs, including Dynamic Mentoring Connections, Discovering the Mentor Within, Building High Performing Teams, and Strategic Career Management. She also co-developed The Mentoring Connection, a web-based platform used to manage and measure formal and informal mentoring programs.
